End grain cutting board is made out of Walnut, Cherry and Maple wood and measures 11 W x 17 L x 3/4 inch thick. Measurements may vary by 1/8 of an inch. End grain cutting boards are better for your knives and hold up better than other boards. They are sealed with olive oil and bees wax and also made with food safe glue.
I include instructions to care for the cutting board.
